BioElectroSpec's new web-site is online as of July 24, 2004. Adding new products and friendly customer interface were the main reason for this upgrade. New links and information are being added daily. We are expecting to add the following functionality shortly: TIRF forum, TIRF newsletter, customer account management feature, order forms for consumables with on-line payments etc.

BioElectroSpec's TIRF Acceessories hit the market

BioElectroSpec announced its updated and upgraded line of TIRF Accessories for commercial spectrophotometers. These products target a wide range of researchers who can easily convert the existing fluorescence spectrophotometers into highly sensitive TIRF Biosensor. Wide range of options is available to fit customer specific applications. Customers and resellers are encouraged to request quotes and literature.

Homeland Security awards SBIR grant to BioElectroSpec

Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA) awarded a SBIR grant to BioElectroSpec to develop Rapid Multianalyte Biosensor Platform. Dr. Asanov, the President and Scientific Director of BioElectroSpec, said that he is very happy to win in this fierce competition against hundreds of applicants. "We believe, that our technology will enable the USA to fight bioterrorism very efficiently and will make our lives much safer", - commented the company's President.

Biophysical Society Annual Meeting 2004 in Baltimore

BioElectroSpec attended Biophysical Society Annual Meeting 2004 in Baltimore and for the first time showed the full line of its TIRF and TIRF-EC products. Wide spectrum of researchers from all over the world expressed great interest to BioElectroSpec's unique TIRF and TIRF-EC technologies that allow ultra-sensitive and super-selective investigation of biomolecular interactions.

TIRF enters second stage

BioElectroSpec is delighted to announce that the first stage of development advanced TIRF and TIRF-EC products is now successfully completed. The company, with the help of SBIR grants from The National Institutes of Health and using its own resources, is undertaking a major development of instruments based on TIRF and TIRF-EC technologies. By the first quarter of 2005 BioElectroSpec expects to start selling instruments for almost every niche of biotechnology research market.
